Terms of Use: Clothing Rental & Cleaning Policy
1. Membership & Benefits
Eligibility: Any individual who donates clothing automatically becomes a Member.
Member Benefit: Members enjoy credits of complimentary cleaning (standard wash) for rented items.
Non-Members: A standard cleaning fee of $10 CAD per item applies to all rentals.
2. Cleaning Policies
Standard Cleaning: The above benefits/fees apply to standard laundering only.
Dry Cleaning: If dry cleaning is requested, the cost will be charged based on the service provider's current rates.
Mandatory Dry Cleaning: For high-value garments (valued at over $200 CAD), professional dry cleaning is mandatory to ensure fabric care.
3. Security Deposit (Refundable)
A refundable security deposit is required for each item:
Value Under $100: Deposit $100
Value Under $200: Deposit $200
