Member Benefit: Members enjoy credits of complimentary cleaning (standard wash) for rented items.
Non-Members: A standard cleaning fee applies to all rentals.
Standard Cleaning: The above benefits/fees apply to standard laundering only.
Dry Cleaning: If dry cleaning is requested by customers, the cost will be charged based on the service provider's current rates.
Mandatory Dry Cleaning: For high-value garments (valued at over $200 CAD), professional dry cleaning is mandatory to ensure fabric care.
A refundable security deposit is required.
